About the project

On behalf of ZAGG AG we developed the concept of the new Dyhrberg restaurant. For more than 30 years, the Dyhrberg restaurant has been part of ZAGG, spoiling visitors with exclusive dishes. The restaurant focuses on high-quality, exquisite products by Dyhberg, Switzerland’s first salmon smokery.
The restaurant’s rustic, Nordic design conveyed a fishing cottage feel, offering guests a welcome retreat to escape from the bustle of the 4day fair while introducing them in more detail  to the origin of Dhyrberg’s quality products as well as their four brand components “tradition, handcraft, smoke and culinary pleasure”.
